Every time an artist steps onto the hallowed stage of the Mother Church, they get to sign the Ryman Guestbook. This tradition is one we treasure, and we love looking back at who has graced our stage. Take a walk down memory lane with us to see who of your favorites has played the Ryman.

Larry Fleet

Back in September, we got a special performance from the “Where I Find God” Chattanooga-based country singer, Larry Fleet. He signed our Ryman Guestbook and even took a polaroid with his Hatch Show Print poster to commemorate this special night.

Dan + Shay

In 2017, Dan + Shay paid us a visit and sang some of their top hits like “Speechless,” “Tequila,” and “10,000 Hours.” The duo left us speechless and left their mark on our stage. They signed our guestbook and said they were never leaving, so rumor has it they’re still backstage…

Harry Styles

There’s nothing quite like a Ryman debut and in 2017, none other than pop sensation Harry Styles made his. Playing hits from his former band, One Direction, and some surprising covers including “The Chain” by Fleetwood Mac and “Girl Crush” by country quartet Little Big Town, Styles dazzled the packed audience. The honor of headlining a show at the Ryman wasn’t lost on Styles. Between songs, he told the sold-out crowd, “When we booked this tour, this was kind of the reason: this room.”

Tanya Tucker

“Delta Dawn” singer-songwriter Tanya Tucker brought her talents to our stage in June and we’re still not over it. We were just thinking about what an honor it was to have you at the Mother Church too, Tanya.

Ian Munsick

During Ian Munsick’s Ryman debut, he said he saw a ghost during soundcheck! After 11 years in Nashville, he made it onto our stage and we are so thankful. The “Long Live Cowgirls” singer will be returning to the Mother Church for his Long Live Cowgirls Tour and we can’t wait to have him back!

Ryman Auditorium is a place where memories are made and dreams come true. Our guestbook is one of our favorite parts of each performance and we’re so glad we get to share a glimpse of it with you. Take a tour of the Ryman to see more entries and notes from artists across all genres and all decades!
